- Why: Because I am generally fit, but from time to time need to motivate myself , learn new things and avoid being stuck on a plateau
- What: Personal training one hour sessions with Lucien Tasovac
- How: Every session is different. I tell Lucien about my goals, fitness and/or problems, and he designs a specific training for my age, condition, motivation, and with a strong accent on running (also meaning that we work on things runners normally don’t train much)
